Fragile

by Tracey Metzger

You feel fragile because you are.

We all are.

Some people just hide it better than others.

God crafted each of us with His hands; a collection of fragile earthen jars containing precious treasures.

But because we live in a fallen world, every jar has cracks.

Some are just more visible than others.

But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 2 Cor 4: 7-8
