Don’t worry

by Tracey Metzger

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. That’s what Jesus said. (Matthew 6:24)

On dark days, what bothered me the most, was worrying that I would never feel better.  What helped me the most, was figuring out what would help that day to make me feel better.  Some days it was taking a shower and getting out of the house.  Some days it was allowing myself to make a cup of tea, stay in my pjs and watch a good movie.

Take one day at a time.
